We woke up early one Sunday morning to our house on fire. It was a horrific experience and we were lucky to escape with our lives. We lost a heck of alot of our belongings, but we tried to salvage what we could. Then we had to find somewhere to store the smoke damaged stuff until we could figure out what we could actually keep. We got no help from Winz because we were $11 over the threshold to receive help so our finances were taking a huge hit. We phoned around various storage facilities and we couldn't find one that we could afford until we called THESE GUYS! 50% OFF FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS!!?? The team here showed us a level of compassion than was unexpected and appreciated more than they could imagine. Nicki stayed late to process our details etc to give us immediate access that night! Every single interaction with the Safeguard team was brilliant. When we ran out of space in our unit and had also run out of money we were given another unit immediately and a grace period (until payday) to pay for the second unit. No where else would you ever get such service!! The facilities are immaculate. Very clean and very secure. We recommend this business to anyone who needs a safe place to store their belongings and the bonus is the wonderful service. Our review is actually 25 out of 5!!!!
The staff in Christchurch are fantastic and make everything so easy from the start to finish. I was overseas and had my van parked in Hornby with a cover over the it and during some bad weather the cover had blown off the very next day I was contacted to see if the staff could try and put it back over the van, i have had car's park at other places and never had that kind of service before. Just knowing that someone is always checking on your items to make sure that it is safe and in good condition is a great relief. I personally recommend Safeguard storage to anyone that is looking to store anything. Thanks to everyone there. Terry Cunningham
